• Request condo docs and provide copy to buyer(s)/buyer’s agent
• Send association application to buyer/ buyer's Agent

• Ongoing communication with Title Company: Escrow Letter, Title Commitment, Lien Search, Survey, Estoppel, Closing Disclosure, etc.
Pre-Closing
Broker Compliance: submit required documents for compliance and request CDA
